Sushi Vinegar

First, please refer to the above table and prepare the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt corresponding to the amount of rice.

Put all the white rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small pot and turn on a small fire.

While heating, stir with chopsticks.

Turn off the heat until the sugar and salt have all melted into a transparent and clear vinegar sauce.
5.
Let cool and pour into a clean container.

Ingredients: The pot or container for sushi vinegar is dry, placed in a corner or in a cool place. It can be placed for three to four months in summer and five to six months in winter.
