Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a clean cloth, and it can start to ferment :)

Tips:
1. I have a lot here, so I made 40, because I sent a lot of friends. You can halve the amount if you eat it yourself.
2. If you can't finish eating, there is a preservation method: seal it with a food bag and put it in the refrigerator freezer. When you want to eat it next time, heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds, just like it has just been baked.
