Swedish-style Jam Biscuits

Mix the softened unsalted butter, pure powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Sift in all-purpose flour and corn flour, add cold water, and mix with a rubber spatula to form a dough

Wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Divide into 16 equal parts, then roll them into small balls, and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Press lightly with your hands to form a round pie, and use a small object (or fingers) dipped in flour to form a small groove in the center, and then fill in an appropriate amount of jam. Put it in a preheated oven at 180℃ and bake for about 10 minutes

After being out of the oven, let it sit in the baking tray for 2-3 minutes, then move it to the grid to cool, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
