Sweet and Delicious---roasted Pumpkin Salad

Wash the pumpkin and cut into thick slices with a hob.

Place the pumpkin slices on a baking tray, grind in sea salt and black pepper, drizzle with olive oil and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 230C, and roast the flavored pumpkin in the middle layer for 10 minutes to develop a slight aroma.
4.
Sprinkle in the pine nuts and bake for about 2 minutes, then remove the chopped basil.
