Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish

Wash the cherry radishes.

Cut the cherry radish in a circle from the middle, and only cut half of it.

Cut a "Tic Tac Toe" at the end of the long leaf, and only cut to the halfway point where the line is drawn in step 2.

Remove the excess from the surrounding area, which is the umbrella handle of the mushroom.

Remove the skin under the umbrella handle and trim it into a round shape.

In turn, use a knife to cut off some round skins on the mushroom umbrella.

Add sugar and white vinegar to the remaining leftovers and mix thoroughly.
