Soak the diced radish in light salt water for 10 minutes and then wash

Cut the diced radish with a flower knife, first cut it horizontally and then cut it vertically, without cutting through the bottom, use chopsticks to pad it

Cut as much as you want, put the diced radish in a bowl, add some sugar and apple cider vinegar, and marinate the diced radish for about 10 minutes.
