Sweet and Sour Ginger Jelly

Stir the jelly with an appropriate amount of water

Put water in a pot to boil, pour in the jelly, stir evenly, and bring to a boil

Pour out

Let cool and put in the refrigerator for about three hours

Use a knife to cut into small pieces, add the chopped ginger, white vinegar and sugar and stir evenly before serving
Tips:
A more normal way to eat is to mix the chilled jelly with syrup or honey and mix it evenly. It is very cool and delicious.
