Sweet and sour gluten must be eaten at Tianjin wedding banquet. Choose oily gluten and coat it with sweet and sour sweet and sour sauce. It's crispy and delicious, and it's appetizing.

Sweet and Sour Gluten

1. Shred the gluten

2. Minced green onion and ginger

3. Put vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar and salt in a bowl to make a bowl of juice

Tips:
