[sweet and Sour Green Eggplant Puree]

The main ingredients for preparing sweet and sour green eggplant puree: green eggplant, garlic, and pepper.

Cut the green eggplant into strips, soak it, and steam it in a pot later.

Wash the garlic and chili, and cut finely for later use.

Heat the pan with a little oil to saute the chilies, pick up and set aside.

Put the sauteed peppers in a bowl and add balsamic vinegar.

Put garlic diced, light soy sauce, sugar and other seasonings into a bowl and mix well; the simple sweet and sour sauce is ready.

Take out the steamed eggplant from the pot.
