Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Wash the octopus and cut into sections for later use, prepare the onion, ginger and garlic

Add a little salt and cooking wine to the octopus and marinate for 15 minutes

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, fry the octopus until golden on both sides, remove and drain the oil

Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, wet starch, and appropriate amount of water are mixed into gorgon juice

Leave a little oil in the pot to heat up, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Do not use too much wet starch, it is not easy to stir fry
