Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Wash two small hairtails, cut them into long sections, and salt them for a while.

Sprinkle some sweet potato powder so that each piece of fish is covered with powder.

Start the frying pan and cut the cooked fish.

Place the cooked fish on the plate first.

Adjust the sauce: vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, tomato sauce, cornstarch, and 100 ml of water. Heat the pot and pour in the sauce and bring to a boil.

Add the fish segments and cook for a while to let the fish taste. I only chose the middle part of the boiled part (the first and last parts are not added to the boiled part)
7.
Plate.
