Sweet and Sour Jam Cookies

Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar and beat until white

Add the eggs in three portions

Add two drops of vanilla extract, sift in baking powder and flour

Put the dough in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for half an hour

Take out the dough to make small round cakes, poke a small hole in the middle and add jam

Bake at 170 degrees for 12 minutes in the oven
