Sweet and Sour Jellyfish Salad

Soak the jellyfish in water to get a salty taste.

Remove and cut into shreds.
3.
Wash again in warm water.
4.
Put some salt on the green and red peppers (less salt) and chop them together with a knife.
5.
Remove the jellyfish shreds and control the moisture slightly. Put sugar, white vinegar, chopped green and red peppers in a bowl, and pour sesame oil.
6.
Stir together and serve.
