Sweet and Sour Kimchi

Wash cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and pepper for later use.

Cucumber and carrot slices.
3.
Tear the cabbage into small pieces.
4.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the carrots for half a minute and remove.

Add the cabbage.

Add salt to the cucumber, mix well and marinate the water.

Squeeze out all the ingredients, put them in a large bowl, add salt, sugar, cabbage, and peppers and mix well.

Put it in a clean, water-free bottle and marinate it for one night, and it will taste better after two or three days.
