Sweet and Sour Pineapple Rice

The glutinous rice and lotus seeds are soaked 4 hours in advance. Prepare other materials.

Cut the washed pineapple flat at the bottom and then cut it from one side.

Use a spoon to dig out the flesh of the pineapple. Be careful not to dig too thinly. The pineapple thorn should be approached as soon as possible. Dig well on the other side. Then the pineapple bowl and pineapple lid are ready.

In addition to goji berries, mix glutinous rice, red dates, goji berries, pineapple sauce, and rock sugar for later use.

Fill it carefully into the empty pineapple bowl. Add one-third of the water.

Cut the pineapple leaves. Cover the pineapple lid and put it in the steamer. I use the pressure cooker for an hour and a half. After opening the lid, add the wolfberry for a few minutes.
Tips:
Choose the riper pineapple to make, the more fragrant it will be.
