Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
1.
Wash spare ribs in a pot under cold water
2.
When it's time for cooking wine and ginger to boil the blood foam
3.
Then rinse off
4.
Either a pressure cooker or a rice cooker will work. Add some ginger and garlic cooking wine and simmer it. I am a small rice cooker with less water! It's about 20 minutes.
5.
After the ribs are simmered, take them out and prepare to fry! It's burning oil
6.
Fried ginger first
7.
Lower ribs
8.
Stir fry with cooking wine and soy sauce
9.
add water
10.
White sugar or rock sugar.
11.
vinegar
12.
Scallions
13.
A little cornstarch and some water
14.
When the water is running low in the pot, pour it into the low heat to collect the juice
15.
Just flip it and it's almost done. I am serving for one person, so the ribs are a little bit small. Because it was stewed before, it's fast! If you don't have a meal in advance, add more water. Burn it for more than half an hour.
