Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, take the middle part, drain the water, add cornstarch and mix well.

Add a lot of oil to the pot and heat it on high heat. When the oil is 80% hot, put the ribs into the high heat and fry them. Mix properly with chopsticks to make the color more even.

Remove when deep-fried until golden brown.

In a separate pot, add a small amount of cooking oil, heat over medium heat, and add tomato sauce and fine sugar.

Add a little water and stir fry, then add a little white vinegar and stir well.

Pour the ribs and stir fry so that the ribs are evenly covered with the sauce and then turn off the heat.
