Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Clean the ribs.

Put cold water in the pot, heat the ribs, boil the water for one minute.

Take out the ribs and wash them with water.

Tips:
When making the ribs, the ribs must be blanched in water, and they must be boiled in a pot under cold water. When frying the sugar, the fire should be low, otherwise it will be easy to fry the sugar.
