Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs with Pineapple and Pepper
1.
Prepare the ingredients: thawed pork ribs, colored peppers, onion cuts, and pineapple soaked in salt water (this makes it not itchy to eat, and it will feel sweeter).
2.
Use a few slices of ginger splashing water to defoam the ribs, wash and serve.
3.
Put a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in the pot, add four or five tablespoons of granulated sugar or brown sugar powder, and when the ribs are burnt, stir quickly.
4.
Add some pepper noodles, raw oil, water, cooking wine, sweet and sour sauce (bottled, such as plum sauce) and lemon juice to the pot. In short, adjust to the right sourness and sweetness. Add pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Next, add less water and starch, and stir well.
5.
Finished. A few drops of sesame oil at the end will do.
Tips:
Don't worry about unripe ribs, because they are basically half-cooked or even cooked when they fly.
