Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple (austrian Dish)

Pork belly, pineapple, pineapple cut into small pieces, minced garlic, green, red, yellow pepper and tomato sauce

Pork belly âž• ginger sauce âž• salt cooking wine âž• diced powder. Catch all spare

Meat âž• two egg yolks âž• diced powder, grab evenly and dip with diced powder for later use

From the pan, add more oil, green, red, and yellow pepper, and fry under the oily pork belly, then deep fry until golden brown and set aside

Pot water➕ a little more sugar, don’t fry the sugar too burnt

Sugar color➕Sauce tomato sauce and stir well➕Water diced powder, add some sugar when it is not enough, then add the meat➕Pineapple and fry it.
