Sweet and Sour Spicy Cabbage

Wash the cabbage, shred it, not too thin.

Put the cabbage in a large basin, sprinkle with salt, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove the seeds of the red pepper, shred, and shred the tender ginger.

When the cabbage is marinated until soft, take it out and rinse with running water to squeeze the water.
