Sweet and Sour Sweet and Sour Bitter Melon

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the flesh, and cut into thin slices.

Bring water to a boil, add salt and a few drops of oil, and blanch the bitter gourd.

The blanched bitter gourd is taken directly into the ice water.
4.
Drain the water after showering.
5.
Add minced garlic in sugar and white vinegar. Stir well.
6.
Add hawthorn cake diced to bitter gourd to embellish it.
Tips:
If you like spicy flavor, add some chili oil.
