Sweet and Sour Wonton

Slice green onion and ginger, cut sharp pepper into pieces, use two spoons of ketchup, one spoon of rice vinegar, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of sugar, two spoons of water, salt, pepper, and water starch to make juice for later use.

Take the quick-frozen wontons out of the refrigerator, or pack them freshly.

Put a little more oil in the pot, add the wontons when it is 50% or 60% hot, and fry them over a medium-to-small fire.

Remove the wontons after they are fried.

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the green onion and ginger to get a fragrance, then remove.

Add the sharp pepper and stir fry a few times.

Add seasoning juice and bring to a boil.

Pour the wontons and stir fry a few times, so that the wontons are evenly covered with the sauce before they are out of the pan.

Plate.
