Sweet and Sour Yellow Croaker

Ingredients: small yellow croaker

Sliced ginger, chives

Take 1 scoop of cooking wine, 2 scoops of white vinegar, 3 scoops of sugar, 4 scoops of light soy sauce, and 5 scoops of water and mix it into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.
