Sweet and Sour Yellow Croaker

The yellow croaker asks the stall owner to handle it first, and then drain the water after washing.

Prepare sliced ginger, garlic and chopped green onion

Pour the oil in the hot pot and heat the oil for 6 minutes, add the fish one by one

Fry until golden on both sides

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add boiling water, the amount of water can submerge half of the fish body

Mix 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a sweet and sour sauce

Tips:
1. We generally add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce without adding salt to the taste.
2. The frying oil should be replaced again, so that the taste is better.
