Sweet and Spicy King Pleurotus

Wash the bell peppers, remove the stalks and make a small cup for later use.

Dice diced ham with Pleurotus eryngii, green onion, white pepper and ham.

Take Heinz tomato sauce Heinz tomato chili sauce and one spoon each of oyster sauce.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up and fry the oyster mushrooms until fragrant.

The skin turns yellow and can be out of the pot.

Leave a little oil in the pan, fry the green onion first, then add the ham, and fry until fragrant.

Return the diced eryngii mushrooms to the pot. Pour the sauce.

Mix evenly out of the pot.
Tips:
This dish does not need other seasonings, just use these three sauces, the finished dish tastes great. Both adults and children like it.
