Sweet and Tender-steamed Version of Small Mountain Pudding

Beat the eggs evenly.

Add milk, sugar and custard powder.

Filter twice.

Filter twice to remove scum and bubbles on it.

Put plastic wrap on the bag and poke a few holes in it. Steam in a pan under cold water for 8 minutes.

Steam in a pan under cold water for 8 minutes.
Tips:
1. The custard powder can be added or not, and the custard powder will be more golden and milky flavor.
2. The pudding needs to be cooked under cold water to make the pudding more tender.
3. I steamed for 8 minutes and it was just right. If you like to eat a little tenderer or firmer, you can adjust the time appropriately.
4. The amount of milk can be 1:2 or 1:1.5 with eggs. For novices, 1:1.5 will be easier to succeed. If you don't have an electronic scale, you can use the previous eggshell to fill the milk. Filling the egg shells on both sides is the weight of 1 egg.
5. Water can be used instead of milk.
