Sweet Apple Rolls
1.
Cut the apple into small cubes
2.
Put the diced apple, sugar and lemon juice together in the pot and cook over a low fire
3.
Cook until the apples are soft and the juice is almost dried and thick, then turn off the heat
4.
Serve and let cool for later use
5.
Put all the ingredients except butter in the bread bucket
6.
Turn on the custom kneading function of the PE8500W bread machine to start kneading
7.
After a custom kneading function is over, add softened butter, then turn on the custom kneading function to mix the butter, turn to IMIX function and start kneading for 20 minutes
8.
After the IMIX process is over, take the dough out and round it, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it at room temperature for the first basic fermentation (my room temperature is about 28 degrees), and the dough will be fermented to twice its size
9.
The fermented dough is gently pressed and exhausted, and the dough is rolled into a rectangle of about 28*20 cm with a rolling pin.
10.
After turning the rolled dough over, spread applesauce on the surface of the dough, sprinkle with raisins and diced butter
11.
Roll up the dough from one side to the other into a cylindrical shape, pay attention to pinch the bonding area tightly
12.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts
13.
Cut it face up, put it in a baking tin and arrange it
14.
Baicui PE5386 oven, open the fermentation function to 38 degrees, put a bowl of warm water at the bottom of the oven to increase the humidity. Put the baking tin into the oven for final fermentation for about 40 minutes
15.
After 40 minutes, the dough will rise to twice the speed
16.
Put the fermented dough into the lower layer of the Baicui PE5386 oven which is preheated to 180°C and 160°C, and bake for 25 minutes.
17.
After baking is complete, remove the baking tin from the oven
18.
Let the bread cool down and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the surface for decoration
19.
Haha, the bread with dried fruit, said it’s so sweet, my son ate it

Tips:
1. When cooking applesauce, be careful to stir while cooking to avoid sticking the pot.
