Sweet Burn White

Ingredients, half a bowl of dried glutinous rice, brown sugar, red dates

Chop the brown sugar and cut the red dates in half with a knife

Wash the glutinous rice, put it in a pot and cook until half cooked, then pour it into the vegetable blue to drain

Put oil in the wok, add brown sugar and stir fry, pour in drained glutinous rice and stir fry for one minute

Take a larger rice bowl, put a layer of oil on the bowl, put a tablespoon of fried glutinous rice at the bottom of the bowl, and place the red dates around the glutinous rice.

Pour the remaining glutinous rice in the wok into a bowl with red dates, cover the red dates, fill the bowl, and put the bowl with glutinous rice in a steamer to steam.

After the glutinous rice is fully steamed, take a serving plate and place the bowl with the glutinous rice on the plate. Place the raisins around the glutinous rice.
