Sweet Burn White

Add brown sugar and water to boil the juice for later use, and cook the glutinous rice for later use

Put a layer of plastic wrap on the round bottom bowl and top with brown sugar

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add a little sesame filling between the two slices, and put a few flat pieces on the brown sugar

Add brown sugar, lard, white sugar to the cooked glutinous rice, and stir well

Pour the glutinous rice on the pork belly

Steam it for about 2 hours, then take it out and put it on a flat plate

Sprinkle white sugar on it for garnish
