Sweet Corn Dumplings with Peas

Mix the good glutinous rice with peas and corn kernels, add some sugar and mix well.

Make a funnel with the reed leaves that have been fried with roots. The roots are inside and the leaves are outside.

Hold the root of the leaf with your hand and turn it around once more, making it into a slightly larger funnel.

Fill the funnel with the prepared filling, not too high, just flush with the funnel.

Slightly press down the leaf roots and leaves to cover the rice material

Wrap it with cotton thread and tie it tightly.

Put the wrapped rice dumplings in the inner pot of the pressure cooker, add water to the rice dumplings, activate the tendons, and just drop the valve to open the pot.
Tips:
The shape of the zongzi depends on the shape of the funnel on the one hand, and it also needs to be reshaped by hand. Be sure to squeeze your hands tightly before binding.
