Sweet Dumplings

Wash the zong leaves and scald them with boiling water and drain the water.

The glutinous rice is soaked for 4 hours and the water is drained. The red beans and peanuts are cooked in a rice cooker for 1 hour and soaked for 3 hours. Put red beans, peanuts and glutinous rice together with sugar and stir well.

Soak the red dates for 2 hours in advance and wash them.

Fold the zong leaves in half and put a spoonful of glutinous rice first.

Put a red date on it.

Cover the red dates with a spoonful of glutinous rice.

After packing, the discharge pressure cooker selects the tendon function for 40 minutes. The dumplings are better than the water.

Tips:
Put more sugar! Because the taste will be weak after the water is boiled, so add more sugar!
