Sweet Eight Treasure Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and lotus seeds and soak in water for 4 hours. Wash the raisins and goji berries and soak them in water for half an hour. Brew the rose tea with boiling water for half an hour.

Pour the water of the rose tea into the glutinous rice, put the roses and lotus seeds on top, and steam for 30 minutes. Stir-fry peanuts and walnut kernels with oil

Put the steamed glutinous rice into rock sugar, crush the rock sugar as much as possible, and then mix evenly

Wash the jujube, cut into petals, make a rose shape and place it in an egg tart box.

Take a large bowl and put a layer of salad oil on the bottom of the bowl. Place the finished roses, lotus seeds, candied dates, walnuts, peanuts, wolfberries, and raisins on the bottom of the bowl. Fill in half of the glutinous rice and compact.

Then put a layer of red bean paste, after spreading out, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and walnuts. Put the remaining glutinous rice on top and compact it with a spoon.
