[sweet Journey of The Tip of The Tongue] ------------ Aromatic Coconut Milk Mango Sago
1.
I use coconut milk. If you don’t have it, you can use coconut milk instead. Sago is only available in small ones, and larger ones have a better taste than Q.
2.
Put the sago in clean water and wash it for a while.
3.
Boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, pour the sago. 3. Wait until it is boiled again, turn off the heat and soak for 20 minutes, cook until the sago is translucent, and then soak in cold water. (Stir with a spoon while cooking to prevent the sago from sticking to the bottom of the pan)
4.
When the sago is boiled in hot water until there is a white spot in the middle, remove it and soak it in cold water. Clean it several times.
5.
Boil a little more water in the pot and add two spoons of white sugar. Pour the sago that was previously soaked in cold water into the pot, add half a can of coconut milk and boil.
6.
After cooking and letting cool, add the previously cut diced mangoes. (It tastes better in the refrigerator)
7.
If you don’t like mango, you can add papaya or banana or a variety of fruits to make it as delicious as a variety of flavors.
