Sweet Potato and Coconut Steamed Cake

Peel and slice yam, turn to the microwave and let cool.

After pressing the sweet potato into sweet potato puree, add sugar and glutinous rice flour.

Mix well and wake up for 10 minutes.

Shape into long squares and cut into thick slices.

Cover the steamer with greased paper and spread the cut dough on top. Bring to a boil and steam for about 10 minutes.

Wrap with a layer of coconut paste while it is hot.

Tips:
1. When the coconut paste is wrapped, it should be hot. When there is water on the surface, the sticky coconut paste will not fall off easily.
2. The steamed cake strips will expand, so leave some gaps when steaming.
