Sweet Potato and Yam Glutinous Rice Cake

Sweet potato, yam

Coconut, glutinous rice flour, sugar

Wash sweet potatoes and yam, cut into thick slices

Put it in a pot, boil and steam for 15 minutes until cooked

Knead steamed sweet potatoes and add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and appropriate amount of sugar (sweet potato itself is sweet, you can add more sugar if you like sweeter)

Shou mud is made into round pieces by hand and packed into yam ball stuffing

Bring water to a boil, steam for 8 minutes

Slightly cool, dip your fingers in a little water (the heat is a bit sticky), take the red ball, put it in the coconut paste, roll a circle and stick the coconut paste
