Sweet Potato Baba

Prepare sweet potato starch, two pots, strainer

Add 1500g of water to the sweet potato starch and stir well
3.
Use a strainer to filter out impurities in the starch water
4.
Heat the pot and brush into a layer of vegetable oil, pour in starch water (sweet potato starch water in the pot and the pot should be kept stirring to avoid starch precipitation)
5.
Chopsticks keep stirring clockwise
6.
Until the water evaporates and the starch coagulates
7.
Brush oil in the mold
8.
Pour in the sweet potato noodles to cool and put them in the refrigerator overnight until the sweet potato noodles are formed
9.
Can be sliced or shred after demoulding
Tips:
It’s hard to buy authentic sweet potato fans now, and I don’t know what stuff is added in it, or I can overcome the difficulty and make it by myself.
