Sweet Potato Balls (taro Balls)

1. Prepare ingredients, peel and steam sweet potatoes, about 350g

2. Puree the sweet potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag

3. Pour the sweet potatoes into the big pot

4. Pour in the tapioca flour, leaving some flour (used to prevent sticking of the finished product)

5. Put on disposable gloves, stir the sweet potato and tapioca flour, and mix into a dough

6. Kneaded dough

7. Put the dough on the silicone mat

8. Separate the dough and check if there are any lumps of sweet potatoes that have not been kneaded

9. Take a dough, knead into long strips, and cut into pieces

10. Take one and knead into small balls (if you don’t want to knead the balls, just cut them directly)

11. Small round balls

12. Put the remaining tapioca flour in the plate first, and rub the balls one by one.

Tips:

Steamed sweet potatoes will have moisture, no need to add additional water; tapioca flour is added according to the amount of moisture; if you like sweeter, you can add sugar when kneading the dough.
