Sweet Potato Bean Congee

Prepare glutinous rice, red beans, mung beans, rice beans, corn dregs, and hollow noodles.

Prepare sweet potatoes, a small piece is enough.

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Wash all kinds of rice and beans and soak them in water for more than two hours. I usually soak them at night and cook them the next morning.

Add some carrot juice to squeeze out some of the carrot stuffing. If you don’t have it, you can skip it.

Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker, add water twice the volume of the ingredients, and turn the high heat to low heat for 10 minutes.
