Sweet Potato Bean Paste

Prepared ingredients.

Wash the sweet potatoes and steam them in a pot.

Peel the steamed sweet potatoes and press them into a mashed sweet potato with a spoon.

Add the right amount of glutinous rice flour.

Synthesize soft dough.

Divide into equal parts and knead into a dough.

Take the sweet potato balls, press them into a pie, and wrap them in red bean paste balls.

Close the mouth and round (knead more to make the outer skin even more), and wrap the white sesame seeds one by one.

Press it into a pie with your hands, (the sesame will not fall off easily when you knead and fry it with your hands after it is covered with white sesame seeds).

Fry in a little oil over low heat.

Tips:
Be sure to fry on low heat, turning frequently. The sweet potato balls covered with white sesame seeds will not easily fall off when they are fried.
