Sweet Potato Cake

Take 5 fist-sized sweet potatoes, immerse them in water and cook for 15 minutes, remove them, and peel them for later use.

Pour in the rice noodles, milk powder, custard powder, and sugar while it is hot. No water is needed. The amount added depends on the water content of the sweet potato, whichever is able to bind the materials together.

Knead the two materials thoroughly, and finally knead into a dough shape, cover with a damp cloth and wake up for 20 minutes

Take the egg-sized dough and squeeze it in your palm, place it on the chopping board and roll it flat, and then use a mold to shape it. Molds of different shapes can be used.

Put an appropriate amount of oil on the bottom of the pot, put in the green body, and fry on medium and small fire until golden on both sides
Tips:
1. Some flour or cornstarch can be used as hand flour in the process of rolling the cake;
2. Heat the pan with cold oil. When you put your hands on top of the pan and feel the heat in your palm, you can put the cake into the pan.
