Sweet Potato Cake

Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into a pressure cooker to steam for 15 minutes.

Add white sugar to the steamed sweet potatoes and press them into a puree with a spoon.

Add glutinous rice flour and orange flour to the mashed sweet potato, stir for a while, then add lard and knead to form a smooth dough.

Knead the dough into a strip, then use a spatula to cut into a small dough of about 30g, knead it round and press it into the mold.

After the water in the steamer is boiled, steam it for 5 minutes.

Let it cool for a while, take it out and serve it on the plate. Put a little oil in the pan and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. Add glutinous rice flour to make the taste not so sticky. If you don't like it, you can put glutinous rice flour. 2. The lard can be left on, depending on personal preference. 3. When forming, apply some raw glutinous rice flour in the mold to make it easier to demold. 4. After the dough is ready, it can be directly fried in the pan to make it more fragrant.
