Sweet Potato Cake

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut in half, and steam for 15 minutes.

Press the sweet potato into a puree, add glutinous rice flour, butter, and milk, and knead into a dough.

Take small balls and make into cakes, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fry on both sides until golden brown on low fire, and the middle is soft and cooked.
