Sweet Potato Coconut Bread

The sweet potatoes are steamed and chopped. Add coconut paste and stir to form a filling.

Add all the ingredients to the bread machine (except for coconut, sweet potato, and 1 egg), stir and ferment.

Take the dough and wrap it in sweet potatoes and ferment to 2 times the size.
4.
Break up the remaining egg and brush with egg wash.
5.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
