Sweet Potato Colored Gnocchi

Peel the sweet potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

Put the cut sweet potatoes into a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Pour the glutinous rice ball powder into a large bowl, slowly add an appropriate amount of water and knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into three parts, add matcha powder and cocoa powder to two of the dough parts and knead well.

After the sweet potatoes are cooked, take the dough and knead them into small rounds and put them in the sweet potato pot.
7.
The glutinous rice balls are all cooked and ready to be eaten.
Tips:
1. When mixing the dough, add water slowly, and add water while kneading.
2. If you don't have matcha powder and cocoa powder, you can leave it alone, or use vegetable juice instead.
3. The amount of rock sugar is added according to personal taste.
