Sweet Potato Egg Yolk Cake

Steam the sweet potatoes for about half an hour.

Then peeled and pressed into mud.

Add glutinous rice flour.

After mixing, add milk.

And into dough.

Separate the egg yolk filling and knead it into a ball.

Take a piece of dough, knead it and flatten it, put it in the filling, and flatten it slightly.

Turn on the third gear of the grilling machine, pour a little oil, and put in the dough.

Fry until the bottom is golden brown, turn over and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, until both sides are cooked.
Tips:
1. There is no fixed ratio between the filling and the crust, just the same.
2. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface and turn it over, so that the white sesame seeds will be embedded in it and won't fall off.
3. The filling is ready-made, salty and sweet, so there is no need to add sugar in the crust. If there is no filling, some sugar should be added to the crust.
