Sweet Potato Flower Shaped Bread

Add 15g of softened butter to 15g of caster sugar and mix well.

Tips:
1. After the sweet potato filling is cooked, it will become empty due to the evaporation of water, which is normal.
2. Sweet potatoes can also be steamed and sieved into a puree to make sweet potato fillings. The filling will be drier if it is cooked in the microwave. The peeled sweet potato is about 365g, and the mashed sweet potato is 220g.
3. The sweet potato I used is darker in color, so I didn't add the egg yolk in the original recipe. Sweet potatoes are also sweeter, so the original fine sugar is reduced, and the taste is just right.
4. Don't roll the rectangular block too long, otherwise the finished product will rise very high, but the horizontal direction may not be able to fill the mold, and it will be almost sold.
5.50g low-gluten bread flour, 40g fine sugar, 25g butter.
