Sweet Potato Ginger Soup

Prepare raw materials: sweet potatoes, red dates, brown sugar, ginger;

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut into cubes; wash the ginger, peel off the skin of the ginger, and slice it;

Soak the red dates in water for ten minutes, then wash off the ash and impurities on the red dates;
