Peel and wash the sweet potatoes, steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks.

Take the sweet potatoes out and put them in a bowl and mash them into a puree with a rolling pin.

Add sugar.

Add glutinous rice flour and sea buckthorn juice.

Knead into a smooth and even dough.

Divide the dough into small portions, knead and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with grease paper.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 150 degrees.

Get out of the oven and let cool.
Tips:
1. The amount of raw materials can be slightly adjusted according to your preferences
2. This cake should be steamed in the pot for 20 minutes at the end. The color and softness should be good, but unfortunately I chose to bake it, which is slightly dry.
