Sweet Potato Gnocchi

While adding water, stir the glutinous rice flour into a snowflake shape with chopsticks and knead it into a slightly firm dough.

After the sweet potatoes are steamed, use a fork to press them into purees. (Slightly larger sweet potatoes will be boiled and steamed for 20 minutes, and 15 minutes will be enough)

Take half and knead into a mashed potato ball.

Add the other half to the dough and knead it into a softer dough.
5.
Cut the dough into small pieces, squeeze it, and wrap it with mashed potatoes.

Secret package, diligent package, packaged!

Add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices and sugar to a pot and boil. (I cooked 5 large glutinous rice balls for this amount, and the rest went to the cold air conditioner...)
8.
Add glutinous rice balls.
